ISEE Estero — විදේශික/ශ්‍රී ලාංකික පවුල්ට DSU සකස් කරන හැටි

ISEE (Indicatore Situazione Economica Equivalente) — ඔබේ පවුලේ ආර්ථික තත්ත්වය මැනීමේ unified national index. Assegno Unico, bonus asilo nido, university tasse, bonus utenze, ADI වැනි ආධාර සඳහා මූලික document එක.

## ISEE සාමාන්‍ය formula

`ISEE = (ISR + 20% × ISP) / Scala di equivalenza`

- ISR = Indicatore Situazione Reddituale (පවුලේ වාර්ෂික ආදායම + INPS pension + welfare) - ISP = Indicatore Situazione Patrimoniale (real estate + bank deposits + investments + foreign assets) - Scala equivalenza: 1 (single), 1.57 (couple), 2.04 (couple+1 child), 2.46 (+2), … +0.35 each child

ISEE 2025 ට අයත්: - Income reference: 2023 (Modello Unico/730 reference year) - Assets reference: 31 December 2023

ISEE 2026 → 2024 income, 31/12/2024 assets.

## DSU (Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica)

ISEE ලබා ගැනීමට DSU නම් form එකක් submit කල යුතුයි. CAF නොමිලේ කරයි.

ආදායම drastic ලෙස වෙනස් වුවහොත් (job loss, salary cut 25%+, bereavement…) ISEE corrente ඉල්ලුම් කල හැක — මෑත මාස 12 ආදායම මත නව ISEE.

## ISEE Estero

Italy නොසිටින family member ද ඔබේ භාරයේ නම් (උදා Sri Lanka එහි spouse + children) → ISEE estero. Foreign assets ද declare කලයුතුයි. Hide කලහොත් Agenzia Entrate exchange agreements මගින් detect කල හැක + assegno ආපසු + €500–€5,000 fine + criminal charge possible.

- ISEE valid කාලය: 15 ජනවාරි → 31 දෙසැම්බර් same year (15.01.2025 ට පෙර DSU අත්සන් කලා නම් 14.01 දින දක්වා වලංගු). - අලුත් කරන්න ජනවාරි මුල්ම — මාර්තු 1 ට පෙර කලොත් retroactive assegno unico calculation. - Foreign assets undeclared = fraud + assegno cancellation.
