- වයස 18+ (අවුරුදු 14+ දරුවන්ට parental consent සමග) - Italian residence + valid permesso (extracomunitari) - Codice fiscale + email + Italian mobile number - වලංගු ID (passport හෝ permesso card)

### පියවර 3 — Activation

12 පැය ඇතුළත PosteID app + email link එකෙන් activate. PosteID app + 6-digit PIN + biometric with you.

## CIE 3.0 (Carta d'Identità Elettronica)

ඉතාලි පුරවැසි + extracomunitari (residence card හිමි) ලබා ගනී comune එකෙන්. €22.21, valid 10 years (adults).

NFC chip එක ඔබේ smartphone එකට NFC reader එකක් සේ ක්‍රියා කරයි → CieID app එකෙන් login.
